Scott Brown Caves on cloture vote, apparently under OFA pressure

Back in February Anita Moncrief and I tried to warn conservatives, the GOP et al about the inherent and obvious dangers of the OFA and their dominant force under the auspices of Obama and the DNC. Yes, we got the word out a bit. But not enough for any one entity to counteract this group.

So today I find out apparently OFA was responsible for the cave-in of Scott Brown on the cloture vote in the Senate on Wall Street Deform.

Brown apparently received some pressure from Organizing for America activists leading up to this vote. According to an OFA official, members placed 922 calls to Brown’s office in the two hours before the Senate voted this afternoon.

Ya know, I hate to be one of the people who said “I told you so.”

But I’m too polite for that.
